Meteorites and blackouts (2003-10-04 - 12:32 p.m.) I forget when my last entry was...and I don't really care...I think I'm getting bored with this thing, finally. I dunno. Maybe not. Well, this goes back to last Sunday. That would be September 28th, 2003. Two very strange things happened that day. First...a meteorite struck ground in India. Demolished two houses and injured five people. Yow!! I mean...did we not see that coming? Did nobody know? How on earth did that happen? The other thing that happened was an almost total blackout in Italy. Wow! Why? Allegedly because a tree hit a power line in Switzerland. Okay. They must use the same plan as the northeastern US. 0 comments so farMissed anything? |
