Geee I'm with you! The only thing is cabbage... I do like cole slaw, maybe if you just shred a bit into a salad, you could manage to eat everything on that list.... and who knows, some of those hard to pronounce mushrooms might turn out to be fun ones! Heh!

Healthy is bottled water with lemon and remembering to take your Lactobacillus probiotic tablet each day. The Lactobacillus has acidophilus, bulgaricus, bifidum and casel in it. The most important is the acidophilus. Hey I almost died from a very, very bad bacteria two years, three months ago in my colon and digestive system. The medical people said organic, antiboditic free, and as chemical free as I can put in my body the better. So they highly suggested acidophilus and water. You can't imagine as I was healing how I researched. So I don't think what you read about those foods would hurt in moderation, but you have to find what is right for your body. So anyhoo, I just couldn't pass up not commenting on what you wrote because I couldn't eat anything for weeks, and then started introducing organic broth. It has been a journey so far, and I am able to only eat approximately less than ten foods. Oh soy is also better for you. I do Soy Silk and have recently found that my body can tolerate this soy made organic yogart, amazing enough. I eat to stay alive now, I don't eat to enjoy it food anymore. Good luck in your food tastes. =^..^=

Hey, you could make one dirty mother of a pizza with that stuff, huh?...

Hehe...yeah, Brin, I'm all about the pizza...unfortunately, my pizzas are usually chock full of stuff that's not so good for me. 's why I'm very overweight. Catsoul, I'll have to look into that probiotic. I've taken some pro-bs before, but haven't heard of that one. The ones I was taking were awfully expensive. Chaos, I've tried coleslaw and actually found it somewhat tolerable...it even has carrots in it, too, eh?

I'm not interested in eating Avacados. Apples are okay, especially when they're in desert. I don't like the taste of apple skin though. Guess I'm missing out on some antioxidants then. I can't stand blueberries! I used to enjoy blueberry muffins, but went overboard on eating them. going overboard results in me no longer liking something. I don't care much for cabbage or other leafy foods. Give me something I can actually taste, thanks. My favorite types of fish are Tillapia and Salmon. As far as fish oil goes, I've never tried it. (I heard cinnamon's good for diabetics.) I'm not real crazy 'bout garlic. (I wrote a poem once, in which cadmium is an alternate word for orange. My readers though, thought I was referring to the element.) My dad loves mushrooms, but my mom and I can't stand them. Blech! . I don't like almonds, or any other type of nut for that matter. I will eat creamy peanut butter though, go figure. *shrugs* I'll eat scrambled eggs. If I get them by themselves, I'll pour ketchup on them. I also love breakfast sandwiches which consist of egg, sausage, and cheese. What are flaxseeds? I've never had pomegranates, so I don't know if I like them or not. I don't touch alcohol, so red wine's out. I'll sometimes eat dark chocolate, but my main preference remains milk chocolate.

I am still laughing what an awesome entry, good Lord you are funny. Thanks, for the heads up on healthy eating, BTW, I love cabbage cooked the way it's cooked where my daughter works. She made me try it and it was great. Now I need to go fix that omelet you were thinking of making. Thanks for the laughs, Sandyz
