I know Mad Men is some drama show on AMC, but I don't watch AMC because I just don't like movies. It's supposed to be really good though, I'm thinking of checking it out. I love 30 Rock, though I'm not sure if it deserved to win, it probably is the best comedy on TV, but I really liked Curb Your Enthusiasm, too. I think the Emmys try to champion some of the good shows that don't get attention. I mean, I kind of feel like House is a bit repetitive. I never saw John Adams, but I know my Dad and a lot of other history types (and there seem to be a million of them out there) liked it. It's sad that I know all the actors and shows you mentioned, I watch too much TV, and I don't even watch most of the shows that won. Bye!-Kate

Thanks for your comment. I do agree that the most popular shows aren't always the best ones. I also agree that House is very repetitive. I like the show, but they do pretty much the same thing every week. It's weird to me that almost every award went to a show that got a low viewer percentage.

Glenn Close did TV work on F/X. First on The Shield (for one season) as Vic Mackey's Boss. She then moved on to a show called Damages.
