That does seem like a gross oversight on somebody's part. I can't fathom how it was overlooked.

Glad to hear that things are progressing. Stephanie is lucky to have parents who will advocate for her even when it seems like no one else is. Many kids could avoid a lot of the problems they have if they just had someone to stand up for them. We just added the STARS program at my school this semester...I hope Stephanie finds her place and that high school becomes a positive experience for her!

i know it's really frustrating when someone doesn't tell you there's a hammer until AFTER you've been needlessly banging the nail with your shoe or a rock or anything else you can find - it makes you want to hit THEM with the rock! ;) ...but then again, maybe, for whatever reason, you weren't *supposed* to send Stephanie to Stars until now? Anyway, no matter when you found out it's Great News!! Yay!! =D

Amazing how it takes so much fight and drive to get the things that should be available from the get go. Wishing you much prayers and hoping things continue to look brighter. Thanks for the note. Very much appreciated!

Amazing! You are so great to keep pushing. Jax has ADHD and it seems like every teacher I talk to about him just brushes it off like he is just lazy. It makes me crazy! I am so excited for you!
