I wouldn't be too worried about the Adderall. I know it's an anphetamine, but the dosage they give for people like Stephanie and myself is very small. It is completely out of your system in 4 hours. I've been on it for a couple of years, for my Depression actually. It has helped me more than any antidepressant I've taken in 15 years. Just remember, with what you're dealing with the name of the game as far as medication goes is "keep trying until you find the right one." Then when you find the right one, expect it to help a while and then either stop working at all or the dosage will need to be upped. That is just how those meds work. No sense in getting frustrated about the constant change. Anyway, I'm glad Stephanie is getting good care. If you ever get even an inkling that the doctor isn't as interested in her welfare as much as he/she should be, change doctors. The right doctor is half the game! Love & Blessings, Cindy
