Friday Night
Red Sox---7

Saturday Afternoon
Red Sox---7
Yankees---5
Sunday Night
Red Sox---7
Yankees---6
That was the most incredible weekend ever!
The Red Sox swept the Yankees at Fenway for the first time since 1990!
But that wasn't the best part. In the third inning of Sunday night's game, the Red Sox did something that has not been done since 1963.
Manny Ramirez, J.D. Drew, Mike Lowell, and Jason Varitek hit back-to-back-to-back-to-back home runs off the same pitcher. The onlyother time that has happened was by the Indians in 1963.
In all, there have been four consecutive home runs 4 other times in MLB history. The other three times were off of more than one pitcher.
Manny's and Lowell's home runs both went over the Green Monster into the streets of Boston.
Lowell hit another homer in the 7th to win the game.
To sweeten the night, Dice-K struck out A-Rod twice and, I was told, A-Rod made the final out of the game.
They might still be partying in Boston!
TTFN, y'all
