DVD of TV (2004-01-19 - 6:22 p.m.) I tried this once today, already, but the power blinked and the computer went off. Sigh. As I was saying, it appears that I have become addicted to watching tv shows on DVD. We have completed all of the 5 available seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as the 2 available seasons of Angel. We are about halfway through the "entire series" of Firefly (sadly, that only consists of about 15 or 16 episodes), and have managed to watch about half of season one of Twin Peaks. Now I am about to begin watching season 1 of Star Trek: TNG. The cool thing about Netflix is that you can rent series discs one at a time. And you can keep them as long as you want, with no stupid late fees. Sound like a commercial. It almost is. Go there. Sign up. I have yet to find a downside to Netflix. Not much else going on right now. Tonight is the big night in Iowa. I really hope that the moron gets his tail whipped tonight. Surely the people of Iowa aren't that stupid. Of course, there are obviously 1.5 million people somewhere in the country that are. Go figure. 0 comments so farMissed anything? |
